The second document outlines the supposed end of the dispute between Watanabe Shirō and Nayadera in the 10th year of Bunmei (1478). After deliberation over the territory in question, and the actions of the Watanabe Shirō in forcibly taking the land without consent, he was ordered to return Tokumarumyō (the territory of Nayadera) to the temple, whereupon the document on the right would serve as `evidence of forfeiture` of the territory.
